How to: Control the size of a picture in a form.
Solution:
In the Form Design view, select the 'Format' menu and select 'Size'. Select 'Fit' from the submenu to control the size of a picture.
1) If the Database window is not activated, activate the Database window.
2) Click the 'Forms' tab in the Database window.

3) Select the desired form from the list box. (The selected form is highlighted.)
4) Click 'Design'. (The selected form appears in Design view, and the floating Toolbox appears.)
5) Select the desired picture to change the size.
6) Select the 'Format' menu and select 'Size'. (A submenu appears.)
7) Select ' toFit' from the menu. (The selected control is resized.)
8) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Save' to save the form.
